Senior Commercial Fit Out Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial fit out projects across the education and commercial sectors in Sydney.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering large scale projects from start to finish and possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $10 million
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
