Project Manager Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to lead a team of professionals in delivering complex commercial fit-out projects.
Lead and manage large-scale commercial fit-out projects in Sydney CBD, ensuring timely completion within budget and to quality standards.
Develop and implement effective project plans, including regular progress updates and stakeholder communication strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with relevant WH&S legislation and company systems, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle, from initial sales to project handover.
About You:
Minimum 5 years' experience in managing commercial fit-out projects with a value exceeding $10 million, from start to finish.
Proven track record of successfully influencing stakeholders, building consensus, and collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers during the sales and settlement processes.
