Responsibilities:
  1. Develop end-to-end project strategies, driving successful execution through collaboration with design teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  2. Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and quality control to meet technical specifications and project requirements.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining safety and quality standards across diverse portfolios.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial fit-out or minor works projects, with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project management from scope to handover.
  2. Proven skills in quoting, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  3. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
