Procurement and Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Procurement and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic cost reduction and transformation initiatives in Procurement and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems using analytics and business judgment with market stakeholders.
- Define and lead implementation of strategic cost reduction and transformation projects in Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Lead process reviews at our distribution centers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with HelloFresh specifications and waste targets.
- Design, iterate, and rollout process, system, and tool improvements to achieve KPI targets.
- Create a task-force approach and spirit within the procurement community to provide execution support to our international category managers.
- Benchmarking, best practice exchange, and standardization of sourcing and supply chain processes to optimize handling and ensure product quality.
- Manage continuous improvement of methods, systems, and tools to support operations teams in managing capacity and delivering higher process efficiency.
- Drive the implementation and use of automation and innovation in project documentation to support flawless project deliverables.
- Degree in Engineering or Business.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, and/or continuous improvement in operations or a top-tier consulting company.
- Solid competency in data analysis, lean methods, problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and structuring of complex improvement projects.
- Six sigma green belt or similar qualification is a plus.
- Superior analytical skills and operational modeling capabilities connected to strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance, and reduce costs.
