Delivery Team Lead

Are you an experienced leader looking to take your skills to the next level? We are seeking a Delivery Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring timely and cutting-edge solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide Agile teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and Agile principles.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, maintaining Agile standards and quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead in Agile environments, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile transformations.
