Medenterprises seeks a highly skilled Information Management Specialist to join their team. This key role plays a vital part in capturing, structuring, and sharing knowledge across the organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with subject matter experts to capture critical knowledge and create comprehensive guides, manuals, and white papers to preserve institutional expertise.
The position involves designing and maintaining systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving knowledge, ensuring accessibility and relevance. The ideal candidate will also promote knowledge sharing through workshops, internal communication strategies, and other initiatives.
The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The Information Management Specialist must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and be proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.
The team is responsible for delivering high-quality financial and administrative services for doctors and clients, including financial administration, payroll recordkeeping, reporting, accounts payable, and receivable tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies to enhance decision-making and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.
- Design and maintain databases and repositories to store and retrieve knowledge.
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years payroll experience.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, information science, or organizational development.
- Familiarity with knowledge management platforms and tools.
