Job Title: Mental Health Professional

About the Role:

This position involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team within a health centre setting, supporting diverse mental health needs.

  • You will work with individuals requiring initial intake and assessment, offering flexibility to accommodate presenting need.
  • You will have autonomy to manage your caseload, including oversight and case management of externally referred cases and the provision of internal treatment.

Crisis presentations, risk assessment and risk management planning are supported within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

About Us:

We provide integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force personnel across Australia.

Our goal is to ensure that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care.

About the Centre:

The centre serves approximately 7000 military personnel, including trainee officers from ADFA and Royal Military College.

Servicing includes primary medical, aviation & underwater medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy.
