Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for each client. The incumbent will handle a high volume of queries via telephone, email and web chat, addressing all questions accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a courageous and consultative communication style, strong analytical skills and attention to detail. A commitment to service excellence and high level customer relations experience are essential requirements.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, including the Sales team and Investment Operations, to deliver a high level of service and meet the needs of our clients.

  • Provide professional, friendly and helpful assistance to clients.

  • Stay up-to-date with product, process and regulatory changes to ensure accurate information is provided.

  • Participate in multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
