Exceptional Frontline Support Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide expert frontline support, resolving complex queries, enhancing team knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact for escalated Tier 1 queries, resolving issues or escalating to Tier 2 support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure seamless knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Identify and suggest practical solutions to improve service delivery through assessments of current processes and systems.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with various departments to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to support team capability and drive professional growth.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; or extensive experience and specialist knowledge, or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields.
  • Proven ability to handle a range of enquiries varying in complexity effectively through various communication channels.
  • Knowledge of escalation processes, including identifying and resolving Tier 1 issues of higher complexity.
