Job Overview

The Regional Business Manager is a key position responsible for driving business performance and customer relationships within the assigned territory.

This role involves developing strong professional relationships with customers to understand their needs and suggest suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer base, including identifying prospective distributors and channel management teams.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to enhance sales volume and market share.
  • Conduct business development activities for distribution and channel management teams within defined customer segments.
  • Support and develop prospective projects with assigned customers.
  • Build on established accounts and explore new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and market data to inform strategies and drive growth in the territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or operations management.
  • Valid Driver's license.
