We're seeking Compassionate Care Professionals to join our team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. Our 12-month graduate program is designed to support your growth and development, providing you with hands-on experience and access to expert mentors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality client-centered care that prioritizes independence and empowerment.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

What You'll Need:

  • A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or related field.
  • Current registration with AHPRA or eligibility to register upon graduation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on people's lives.
