Compassionate Clinical Nurse

Delivering high-quality care is at the heart of this nursing role. You will lead a team that empowers residents to live their day, their way, in our Memory Support Unit.
This clinical nurse position involves developing and delivering individualized care plans, taking the lead in providing clinical services. Your sharp assessment skills will enable you to get to know each resident and become a fundamental part of their life.
You will collaborate with medical and allied health professionals, as well as residents' family members, to ensure clients receive the best possible care. You will also support and supervise Personal Care Workers, practicing critical decision-making skills to drive the team forward.
