Building Operations Manager

As a facilities manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance and capital improvement of commercial and residential buildings.

You will supervise a team of locally engaged tradespeople, assist in preparing budgets for site works and reactive maintenance, account for finances, contract services, purchase materials and equipment, and ensure helpdesk effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, managing complex environments, and possessing sound budgeting and reporting skills.

Australian citizenship is required to meet our clients' requirements, and the ability to gain and retain an NV2 Australian Security Clearance is necessary.

Job Responsibilities
