The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced facilities professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial asset in Canberra's inner South.

  • Oversee all building services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage contractor performance across building operations, maintenance, and safety initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, responding to issues promptly and proactively.
  • Deliver sustainability and environmental initiatives in line with client targets.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance obligations.
  • Champion service excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Experience in facilities or property management (commercial assets preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of building operations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and service providers.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
