Job Title: Engineering Services Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational excellence of premium commercial assets. Your key responsibilities include driving sustainable performance across building operations, energy management, and client service delivery.

  • Manage site operational teams and third-party service providers to achieve optimal results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive NABERS Energy and Water target achievement.
  • Oversee small to mid-size site projects and coordinate all property services and maintenance works.
  • Evaluate compliance with statutory authorities and manage certification for essential services.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular updates, meetings, and formal reporting.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to building tenants and attend tenant meetings as needed.
  • Prepare annual operations budgets and monitor quarterly performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough building inspections and oversee specialist contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Participate in sustainability forums and implement improvement projects using industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in building engineering services management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with sustainability ratings (NABERS) and building compliance requirements.
  • Project management experience and excellent client relationship skills.
  • Understanding of building maintenance, risk management, and contractor oversight.
  • Ability to prepare budgets and financial reports.
  • Availability for 24/7 emergency response as part of escalation procedures.
