Job Title: Community Outreach Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our online presence and engage with our target audience on Reddit. As a key player in shaping our brand's digital identity, you'll develop and execute an organic strategy that adds value to communities and builds trust as a helpful participant.

  • Develop and own a comprehensive Reddit strategy that fosters meaningful connections and drives results.
  • Engage authentically in relevant threads, providing valuable insights and information without sounding promotional.
  • Buid relationships with influential Redditors in relevant subreddits to establish our brand as a trusted partner.
  • Monitor and report performance across engagement, sentiment, brand visibility, and lead generation to refine the strategy and measure impact.
Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of subreddit culture and effective engagement strategies that avoid being overly salesy.
  • 5+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles, with a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
  • A natural storyteller who can craft compelling narratives in Reddit's voice, balancing professionalism with authenticity.
  • Proficiency in research, discovery, and social-listening tools to identify relevant conversations.
