Job Title

This role is focused on technical support for the ServiceNow platform, covering portal, integrations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of application development lifecycle, excellent communication skills and experience with JavaScript, UI Page.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow support team
  • Work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, UI Page
  • Support ServiceNow modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting
  • Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy technical solutions
  • Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or Engineering
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow support, enhancements and implementation
  • Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow, Service portal, integration, reporting
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS

  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
