Job Title:

ServiceNow Platform Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow platform specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

As a key member of our ServiceNow HRSD support team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing etc.
  • Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to provide effective communication and project coordination.
  • Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements and implementation.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
