- Supporting ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Discovery modules of ServiceNow
- Ensuring seamless service delivery while performing further development
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Platform
- Assisting with currency, accuracy, and completeness of CIs
- Creating Dashboards and data entry points for Event Management
- Upgrading the ServiceNow Platform to latest versions
- Liaising with stakeholders to meet business objectives
- Reviewing and approving changes to Application infrastructure
You will be methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with an exceptional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules.
As a self-directed professional, you will take end-to-end ownership of outcomes, collaborate with the team, and tackle problems with independent and critical thought.
