Role OutlineThe Performance Group Director - Campaign Delivery is a senior consultant that oversees and coordinates the delivery across a team of biddable media planning and campaign management experts. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading performance-driven thought leadership and driving key client and agency contact
- Overseeing the development of biddable media plans and brief responses
- Supporting the coordination of biddable deliverables and working in partnership with the activation teams to ensure quality assurance and campaign delivery
- People management within the broader Campaign Delivery Team, including recruitment, fostering key talent, reviews, training, coaching, and performance management
The Performance Group Director - Campaign Delivery will establish strong relationships with:
- Activation teams
- Agency client, strategic, and marketplace teams
- Media, data, and technology partners
As a Performance Group Director - Campaign Delivery, you will spend:
- 40% of your time on people management, including leading a team of high-functioning performance planners, championing positive values, and driving a culture that builds relationships on trust between Wavemaker and Nexus
- 30% of your time on process and operations, including serving as a key point of contact on brief delivery responses and reporting requirements, running planning operations for paid search, in-platform ecommerce, paid social, and programmatic, and acting as a thought leader in the digital space
- 15% of your time on client-facing activities, including providing strategic elevation and experience to the performance product, developing and overseeing the deployment of a vision and roadmap for encompassing digital operations, and identifying new product opportunities that will enhance clients' digital footprint
- 15% of your time on commercial activities, including being responsible for campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements, identifying commercial opportunities, and maintaining and complying with finance processes
