The Role

As a Financial Planning Analyst for our APAC region, you will play a key role in enhancing financial visibility and control within our organization. You will be responsible for creating an effective reporting structure that provides accurate financial information to stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the creation of the annual budget, establishing processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels;
  • Verifying accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity;
  • Supporting management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements;
  • Monitoring business activity and project execution through KPIs;
  • Performing cost and business analysis vs budget and projections;
  • Controlling budget execution through approval of PO and invoices.
What You Will Work On

You will be focused on optimizing financial planning, ensuring that our business operations align with strategic objectives. This includes:

  • Defining processes and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels;
  • Implementing efficient financial reporting and analysis systems;
  • Providing actionable insights to support informed business decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a company with physical operations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
