We are seeking an exceptional Regional Performance Analyst to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our Finance and Planning department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to our regional leadership team. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement strategic plans that drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and improve operational efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements;
  • Provide expert guidance on financial planning and analysis best practices;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivot tables;
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis software;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
