The Role

We're expanding our financial capabilities in the APAC region by building a dedicated team to bridge accounting and business information. This role focuses on accurate financial planning, analysis, reporting, and process controlling to accelerate management decisions.

As a Financial Planning Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting budget execution, creating a strategy for controlling, defining the roadmap, and interacting with stakeholders. You'll also develop an effective reporting structure providing recurrent and accurate financial visibility to stakeholders and deliver recommendations for costs and process improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create the annual budget and establish processes for optimal expenditure levels;
  • Verify accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity;
  • Support management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements;
  • Monitor business activity and project execution through KPIs;
  • Analyze costs and business performance versus budget and projections;
  • Control budget execution through approval of POs and invoices.

What You Need

  • You are fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory);
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering;
  • You have minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in a company with physical operations;
  • You have a background in consultancy or auditing, preferably in an accounting firm, and are currently in charge of business controlling or FP&A.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
