Our client, a leading global transport business, is expanding its presence in Australia and the wider APAC region.

We are working with Michael Page to find the ideal candidate for this role.

Job Summary

This FP&A Manager position offers a competitive salary package, including $145-155k plus bonus plus superannuation, as well as opportunities for growth and development.

The successful applicant will have 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis or related positions, with proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
  • Analyze business performance and financial results, comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial analysis for key business metrics, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to support decision-making with relevant financial data and analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy of financial planning and reporting.
Requirements
  • Candidate should be CPA/CA qualified with Big 4 experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis or related positions.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Highly analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
