About the Role

This position involves being the key link between our customers and the workshop.

  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings effectively
  • Clearly explaining service requirements and mechanical issues in simple, non-technical terms
  • Liaising between technicians and customers to provide timely updates
  • Preparing accurate repair orders, quotes, and invoices efficiently
  • Coordinating workshop schedules to maximise productivity
  • Developing long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer care

Requirements

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge or previous mechanical experience (essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining organisation
  • A proactive attitude with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence
