About the Role
  • You will be the key link between our customers and the workshop, delivering an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers and managing service bookings efficiently.
  • Clearly explaining service requirements and mechanical issues in simple terms.
  • Liaising between technicians and customers to provide accurate updates.
  • Preparing repair orders, quotes, and invoices promptly.
  • Coordinating workshop schedules to maximise efficiency.
  • Building long-term relationships by delivering outstanding customer care.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge or previous mechanical experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while staying organised.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail.
  • Current NSW Class C Driver's Licence.
