
Senior Clinical Lead

The role provides advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and coordination in the delivery of high-quality mental health services to older people (65+ or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 50+) experiencing complex mental health issues.
About The RoleAs a senior clinician, you will provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented assessment and treatment within a multidisciplinary team. Carry a clinical caseload, appropriate to the needs of the service.
Requirements- Relevant qualifications as an Occupational Therapist currently registered with AHPRA, or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the AASW.
- Describe your approach to assessing and managing mental health conditions in older adults, particularly those with cognitive impairment or dementia.
- Describe your approach to supporting and supervising junior clinicians within a multidisciplinary team, particularly in the context of older people's mental health.
- Australian C-Class driver's license.
