About the OpportunityThe team promotes open disclosure, builds staff capability in safety systems, and supports quality improvement initiatives to deliver reliable safe care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide leadership and guidance to influence clinical practice changes in relation to provision of safe patient care.
- This position requires expertise to guide senior clinicians to implement recommendations to improve patient safety systems across the range of clinical services.
- Tertiary qualifications or experience related to Patient Safety in an acute care setting.
- Authority to practice with relevant regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in application of clinical practice improvement and Quality Improvement.
- Experience in leading or implementing patient safety and quality systems in line with Incident Management Framework.
