We seek a dynamic Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS2) to lead care delivery in the FOH zone, covering triage, CIN, and waiting areas. This senior nursing position is central to ensuring safe, timely, and effective patient care in one of the hospital's most critical spaces.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll apply advanced clinical judgment and autonomous decision making to drive excellence. You'll collaborate with senior nursing and medical leaders to champion patient flow, shape complex care strategies, and elevate standards across the FOH zone.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Initiating care aligned with established models and pathways.
  • Managing triage and FOH bay flow, responding proactively to capacity pressures.
  • Partnering with Senior Decision Makers, NUMs, and the FOH team to optimise demand and throughput.
  • Mentoring nursing staff and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

This role offers an opportunity to redefine emergency nursing care, improve access, and influence frontline practice through innovation and leadership. You will join a highly skilled and supportive team where your expertise is valued and your leadership makes a lasting impact.
