Tour Operations Coordinator Role Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of tours. This includes coordinating with various departments and artist representatives to ensure timely delivery of allocated tours.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess a high level of attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Work closely with Tour Directors as a liaison between Frontier Touring departments and artist representatives
  • Ensure tour delivery at a high standard from initial offer process to settlement

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
