About Premier Artists

Premier Artists exclusively represents many of Australia's highest-profile artists. As a trusted booking agency, we ensure that both the artist and the client walk away from every event with an outstanding experience.

About The Role

You'll work closely with our Accounts Team, Booking Agents, Venues, Artist Management, Artists, and Agents to ensure smooth coordination of tours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send contracts using System One (training provided)
  • Confirm all contractual agreements for shows and follow up with all parties to ensure documents are finalized before show commencement
  • Liaise with promoters to obtain signed contracts and manage any amendments
  • Work with the Accounts team to process fee sheets once worksheets are received
  • Maintain filing and archiving of contracts
  • Assist agents with venue correspondence as required
  • Provide weekly summaries for fee sheets to the Accounts team
  • Monitor and report on ticket sales
  • Generate and process Weekly Worksheets & Fee Sheets for artists and management
  • Assist the Premier Artists team with additional administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication skills – ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Initiative and personal responsibility – takes ownership of tasks and ensures completion
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • A passion for the music industry, particularly live events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • No formal qualifications are required, but an understanding of the music industry, especially live shows, is highly regarded.
