About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Tour Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of allocated tours are delivered at a high standard.

This includes working with the tour director and other relevant departments to ensure that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Avails Coordinator to source avails, hold itineraries and contract venues
  • Assist with adjustments to Tour Budgets and prepare Deal Offers
  • Assist with developing draft ticket scaling and proposals for VIP execution and ancillary product
  • Communicate with Artist's agent or manager on behalf of the Tour Director
  • Act as the central point of reference for all key tour information, budgets and ticketing/ venue requirements – including communicating updates, distributing information and ensuring documentation is always current and correctly filed
  • Work with Tour Director and Marketing & Communications (M+C) Lead to determine announce and on-sale timelines and requirements for external pre-sales (sponsorship, Artist) where required
