
National Payroll Specialist

As a payroll professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely compensation of our diverse national workforce. This involves managing the end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing, preparing, processing, and reconciling all payroll-related components.
The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. You will also need to stay abreast of legislative and compliance changes related to employment and remuneration to ensure ongoing adherence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll function within a multi-site or multi-entity environment
- Preparing, processing, and reconciling all payroll-related components
- Conducting end-of-month payroll activities, including tax calculations and superannuation reconciliations
- Assisting with end-of-financial-year payroll processing and reporting requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing the end-to-end payroll function within a multi-site or multi-entity environment is essential. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations principles.
- Accounting/Finance qualification highly regarded
