The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our dynamic team. As the SAP Payroll Specialist, you will work with our supportive team to deliver national payroll accurately and on-time every week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing end-to-end weekly payroll for employees using SAP Employee Central Payroll
- Completing post payroll activities including STP reconciliation
- Timely resolution of complex payroll cases using Service Now
- Processing of payment adjustments, termination payments, overpayments
- Performing month end superannuation reconciliation, followed by file submission
Requirements include:
- A strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll
- Minimum of 5 years payroll experience
- Systems experience - SAP ECP is desirable, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal
- Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation
- Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll, leave and GL accounts
