
Office-Based Administration Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administration Specialist to join our team.
This role is focused on direct client engagement within an office environment, working closely with clients to help them maximise their use of Service Management System (SMS) software.
You will participate in project work such as CHSP, NDIS, Support at Home (SaH), guiding and assisting new staff members within your organisation on how to use their client management system.
- Direct support and implementation of software solutions
- Project work participation, including CHSP, NDIS, Support at Home (SaH)
- Guiding and assisting new staff members on client management system usage
About You
We require:
- Experience working within the sector in an office-based role
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia
- Current National Police Clearance Check or ability to obtain one within 3 months
- Reliable car and WA driver's licence
- Able to work full-time in our West Perth Office
