Labour Management Administrator Role

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for an experienced Labour Management Administrator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in labour management administration to assist us in managing our daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll into SAP and review timesheets for accuracy
  • Assist with the preparation of Purchase Orders
  • Facilitate the preparation of required documentation for Invoicing purposes
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Provide administrative support to site-based staff and handle front office duties
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a similar role is highly desirable
  • A positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination and D&A clearance is mandatory
