Support Worker Role

Our organization is seeking a fantastic disability support worker to join our team.

We support over 250 clients across metropolitan and regional Victoria, and we're committed to ensuring that everyone feels safe and supported in our workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including transfers and use of equipment.
  • Confident in hoisting and assisting with personal care (showering and dressing).
  • Assistance with domestic duties.

As a disability support worker, you'll need to be enthusiastic and passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.

You'll also need to have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with our clients.
