About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to serve as the President of Pro Partners Financial, a leading provider of input financing programs to agribusinesses in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to promote custom-designed financial services to agribusinesses nationwide.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Governance Board, Associations, Agri Bank, and Farm Credit Administration.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes for originating, marketing, underwriting, pricing, closing, servicing, and monitoring programs.
  • Lead the senior leadership team and ensure the ongoing selection, leadership, motivation, engagement, mentorship, and review of team members.
  • Maintain financial standards by operating within sound fiscal and budgetary constraints, as approved by the Governance Board.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive agricultural financial services experience, with crop input experience preferred.
  • Ten or more years of leadership and management experience.
  • Experience dealing with senior corporate levels of large national and international scope agribusiness enterprises in the manufacturing, distribution, and retailing of crop inputs.
  • Significant experience developing and executing complex financial marketing plans and strategies to support vendor/dealer networks.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and supply financing is essential.
