Job Role: Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Operations Manager to lead our team in the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of our urea plant during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve production targets while maintaining plant integrity through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to strict safety and environmental standards by implementing policies and procedures.
  • Lead shift personnel in accordance with standard operating procedures and organizational policies to drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in urea plant operations, preferably with large-scale or integrated chemical complexes.
  • Significant experience in a supervisory or shift leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Extensive knowledge of urea & ammonia production processes.
  • Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and plant automation tools.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
