Action Workforce are looking for Process Operators in Karratha.

You will be working at a prestigious, national company within the logistics and warehousing industry offering casual pay rates.

Duties:

  • Load/Unload Transporter
  • Keeping yard clear of any debris
  • Label and segregate as per the direction of the technical team within site DG and Environmental license
  • Keeping Operations Office and Crib Rooms clean and clear as a team
  • Dewatering oil and sludge systems
  • General maintenance, housekeeping and stores
  • Works Autonomously and as a Team
  • Maintain Site Compliance to Environmental and DG Licensing by ensuring in daily activities the following

Our expectations:

  • Forklift Licence - required
  • Waste industry experience - desirable
  • Mechanical aptitude & proficient with hand tools - desirable
  • Experience with fix plant, industrial pluming or treatment plant maintenance - highly regarded
  • HR licence Loader, excavator tickets - highly regarded
  • Willingness to do physical work – packing, unloading etc.
  • Monday to Friday availability
  • Good communication, reliability, and work ethic
  • Able to work effectively in a team or autonomously
  • Capable and comfortable with manual handling using correct technique
  • Compliance and adherence to Safe Work Practices and Safety Regulations
  • Reliability and consistency to attend rostered shifts
  • Consent to and provide a clean Criminal Record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment
  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
  • Must be a Permanent resident or Australian citizen.
