Security Architect

Culture Amp is seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our Security Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing our operations and providing security guidance to our product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Embed Enterprise Security: Provide expertise, guidance, and support to technical and business project teams to ensure enterprise-aligned cybersecurity architectures are integrated into project development, communication, and lifecycle management.
- Deliver Security Outcomes: Assess threats and deliver core security architecture outcomes through the implementation of mitigating security controls and solution recommendations.
- Develop Security Blueprints: Assist in the creation and maintenance of security architecture blueprints and patterns.
- Provide Security Guidance: Offer guidance, governance, and information to support effective security architecture, including policies, processes, application reference models, guidelines, and artefacts.
- Proactive Focus on Security: Promote a proactive focus on security architecture through early intervention in technology project lifecycles, ensuring projects maintain an enterprise-wide view.
- Communicate Security Advice: Communicate security advice and guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Complex Security Risks: Provide insight on complex security risks, including those presented via cyber security incidents, security investigations, security remediation actions, and industry events.
- Security Expertise: Expertise in providing security architecture and advisory services for cloud native environments and solutions.
- Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency with public cloud providers and services.
- Security Knowledge: Deep understanding of security technologies, frameworks, methodologies, and application of these to ensure informed decision making.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and navigating business and technical challenges to achieve pragmatic security outcomes.
- Threat Management: Threat management knowledge and how to apply this to risk-based decision making.
- Security Frameworks: Experience with various security frameworks and accreditations like ISO 27,000, NIST, Mitre, CSA, and SOC2.
- Enterprise Risk Management: Understanding of enterprise risk management methods and techniques to drive successful outcomes in globally distributed environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Learning Mindset: Growth mindset who is passionate to learn and use new/emerging technologies.
- Documentation Skills: Documenting/diagramming skills (e.g. for documenting security architectures / security system interaction diagrams / user flow diagrams) using tools such as Miro, Lucid Chart.
