Systemic Change Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Integrated Practice Team, working with practitioners to identify and resolve complex systemic and practice issues.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the capability of practitioners, providing secondary case consultation, and participating in audits to improve practice development and training.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading integrated practice and facilitating decision making to address complex systemic and practice issues.
  • Providing secondary case consultation and input on complex cases.
  • Building practitioner capability to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, perpetrator interventions, and child and family development.
  • Participating in audits and leading the implementation of audit recommendations.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, social science, human services or equivalent.
  • Established expertise and capability to lead and embed children and young person's practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and risk management in relation to infants, children, and young people.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities.
