About this role
As a key member of our organisation, you will partner with our people leaders across all aspects of the employee life cycle to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment and selection;
- Onboarding and integration;
- Coaching and development;
- Performance management and employee relations;
- Workplace Health and Safety; and
- Offboarding.
You will also be involved in exciting projects and initiatives that drive business growth, develop and engage employees, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong understanding of HR concepts and practices;
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities;
- Capacity to think critically and solve complex problems;
- Experience working in a similar role or industry;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
