About this role

As a key member of our organisation, you will partner with our people leaders across all aspects of the employee life cycle to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment and selection;
  • Onboarding and integration;
  • Coaching and development;
  • Performance management and employee relations;
  • Workplace Health and Safety; and
  • Offboarding.

You will also be involved in exciting projects and initiatives that drive business growth, develop and engage employees, and enhance the overall employee experience.

  • A strong understanding of HR concepts and practices;
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Capacity to think critically and solve complex problems;
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
