Hiring for Employee Experience Professional

- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for all new starters and leavers
- Automate and streamline employee onboarding to ensure alignment with HR processes
- Assist with administration duties including contract generation, offer letters and change of employment letters
- Review and cleanse data
The ideal candidate will have a formal degree in Human Resources or recent industry experience. They should be able to work autonomously or as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
