The Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our Brisbane office. This will be a generalist role involving various tasks such as:

  • Talent acquisition
  • People management including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes
  • Learning and Development initiatives
  • Participation in projects related to people and culture, diversity, and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership development, reward, and recognition
  • Policies and compliance areas such as workplace safety


About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment
  • Confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
  • Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
