The Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our Brisbane office. This will be a generalist role involving various tasks such as:
- Talent acquisition
- People management including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes
- Learning and Development initiatives
- Participation in projects related to people and culture, diversity, and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership development, reward, and recognition
- Policies and compliance areas such as workplace safety
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the legal sector or other professional services environment
- Confidence to autonomously manage a recruitment portfolio
- Excellent communication skills with good attention to detail
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and confidentially
- Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
