This role requires a natural leader with expertise in chemical operations and hazardous waste management. Your responsibility is to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and safety while meeting performance targets.
As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies to improve service delivery, meet contractual obligations, and achieve performance targets. You will work closely with various teams, including safety, environmental, and engineering teams, to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize equipment usage.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical operations or hazardous waste management, with experience in leadership roles. You will be passionate about creating a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, maintaining and optimizing equipment usage, and overseeing cost control.
About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will lead and support a dedicated team, fostering a safe and respectful workplace. You will design and implement chemical treatment processes, risk assessments, and work instructions to ensure best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Drive operational efficiencies to improve service delivery, meet contractual obligations, and achieve performance targets.
- Work closely with safety, environmental, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance and optimize equipment usage.
- Maintain and optimize equipment usage, identifying additional resource needs.
- Oversee cost control and support revenue-generating activities.
- Design and implement chemical treatment processes, risk assessments, and work instructions.
