Job Title: Tender & Contract Specialist (Temporary Assignment) Location: Raymond Terrace, NSWDuration: Approx.
4 weeksHours: Full-time, 35 hours/week (Monday to Friday) About the Role Join a dynamic Financial Services team as a Tender & Contract Specialist for a short-term assignment.
This role plays a key part in supporting professional procurement processes across the organisation, including: Request for Quotations (RFQ) Expressions of Interest (EOI) Tenders (T) Ongoing management of contracted suppliers You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement activities are compliant, efficient, and aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice and hands-on support for procurement processes Assist with documentation, submissions, evaluations, and moderations for RFQs, EOIs, and Tenders Maintain and monitor contractual records Manage the lifecycle of contracted suppliers, including performance reviews Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and directives Support the development and maintenance of reporting systems to measure procurement outcomes About You You'll bring a strong understanding of procurement and contract management, ideally within a larger organisation.
You're confident working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent vocational experience Demonstrated experience in RFQ, EOI, Tender processes and contract management Familiarity with procurement systems; experience with Vendorpanel is highly desirable At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
