Job Title: Tenders and Procurement Specialist

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for supporting the procurement process across various modes of transportation, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and management
  • Maintenance and update of product guides for LCL/FCL shipments
  • Preparation and submission of tenders
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Development, review, and maintenance of SOPs, workflows, and processes to ensure compliance
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

You will work closely with the Business Development team to guarantee timely pricing and reporting. Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Freight forwarding experience
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with EDI Cargowise
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant commercial experience
