Therapeutic Recovery Leadership Opportunity

The Team Lead provides leadership and support to both staff and residents on their shift. They model important work habits and set the tone for each shift. The Team Lead fosters a supportive and inclusive environment through active listening and staying open to change and others' opinions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and oversight to staff and residents during their shift.

2. Model work habits and behaviors that promote a positive and productive work environment.

3. Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding among staff and residents.
