New Roads Therapeutic Recovery Community Team Lead Position

The Team Lead role involves providing leadership and support to staff and residents during their shift, fostering a supportive and inclusive work/living atmosphere. They oversee the daily operations of the Therapeutic Community and its residents, ensuring that wellness checks and security checks are completed according to standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the Therapeutic Community's daily functioning and resident care
  • Supporting new hires with orientation, training, and work direction
  • Providing input for performance evaluations of residence workers
  • Maintaining accurate records such as statistics, logbooks, and daily activities for residents
  • Liaising with other agencies, professionals, government officials, and the community

Applicants should have a Diploma in a related human or social services field, with at least two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
